Hazard : situation in a system which have potential to cause injuries or illness to people working under, or potential to harm the environment.
Unsafe condition: A condition which exist within the workplace area which may lead to injury or illness or harm to environment.
Unsafe Act: It's a deviation from stated safety requirement or method to follow due to which hazard can be occured/ create chance of accidents.
Near Miss: An event which resulted- No accident but it could be. Just missed from Accident could be happened. It may result in injury
First aid injury: any kind of minor injury which don't require doctor's consultation, which require small treatment or observation
