There is only one and best way (solution) to do the specific job/process.
Sometimes, we realize the gap after completing our job,  the activity could be done in a more effective/efficient way than we did.
we always improve ourselves by implementing new ideas or correcting our job what we learned from our past experience.
Basic theme of a kaizen is same way,
To view our process steps to complete the job, whatever it is -our routine work,
our day to day work,
View the process/ Job What we have done and how it was done.
