Meditation

Meditation means Dhyan / concentration.
Meditation / dhyan is the seventh step of Ashtang Yoga in Sanskrit.

Since thousand of years, Meditation is in practice,
conceptually the meaning of Meditation is
Flow of one thought about God
sutting of worldly thoughts and think about the GOD only
In current, the Meditation is practiced for relaxation and come out from stress due to routine activity in today's fast life.

concentration in inside of ourselves or GOD or breathing. Meditation is to come out from Daily stress, tension, and bring peace of mind. improve our concentration, improve our memory power & bring peace within inner side of ourselves.
